  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • After processing, the refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or payment source within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Items purchased on sale or during clearance events

🚚 Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@rangriwaazz.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our team will assist you with the pickup or return address, depending on your location.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. RangRiwaazz reserves the right to refuse a return if the item doesn’t meet the return conditions.
